We are passionate about creating garments that are made to measure. We don’t ask you to choose your size; instead we will ask you for your measurements after you have checked out. This means you can be reassured that your garments are the right size for you.

All items are made to order to fit your individual measurements. Once you purchase your garment, you will then be asked to supply your measurements. If you’re unsure how to measure please refer to our size guide here.
We use DHL to send all our deliveries and you will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Postage costs £16 anywhere in the UK.
Please note that all products are made to order and this takes up to 6 weeks. Once your order has been created it will be dispatched express to you using DHL.
Here at Beau Affinité we believe all garments should be made to your exact size.
We know that everyone hates the disappointment when the garments you wanted don’t quite fit or aren’t designed for your body shape making them uncomfortable. This is why we make the garments for the individual not the masses.
We do not make off the rack garments with vague measurements in the hope that it will fit. Using our measurement guide, take your measurements and then input all your measurements when placing your order. We will then make your tailored garment; as you can appreciate this process does take time but you cannot rush perfection!
All our garments have a six week lead time as they are all being made by hand. Large orders will take longer as our professional tailors ensure the highest quality in production. You will be notified of the progress throughout up to the point of receiving your garment.
We guarantee the quality of our products. However we can’t accept returns at this time for underwear products because of hygiene reasons.
In case of refunds. You will receive a refund to the same payment method you used when placing the order. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
