Stage 3: Sourcing and Cutting Material

In this stage, we source the finest materials for your garment. If we don’t have the required fabric in stock, we work with trusted suppliers to acquire it. Once we have the materials, we begin the cutting process, laying the design tech plan onto the cast to ensure the perfect fit. Adjustments are made to accommodate specific needs, like wider bands for added support or extra hook-and-eye closures. Every step is followed by quality assurance to maintain our high standards.

Stage 4: First Prototype

Our expert corsetiers handcraft the first prototype of your garment. This stage is where your design starts to take shape.
