What to Expect

When you book an appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to consult with our skilled designers. Our sessions are conducted via Zoom and typically last about 40 minutes, providing ample time to discuss your vision, style preferences, and the purpose of your garment. During the consultation, our designers will ask questions to understand who you are, how you wish to be perceived in your fashion choices, and what specific features you’d like in your garment.

From there, we will create three mock designs based on your input. A further discussion will take place to finalise the design or make any changes you desire. Once the design is approved, we’ll gather your measurements and begin the crafting process.

How to Book an Appointment

Booking an appointment is easy. Simply select the type of garments you wish to have created from our bespoke section of our website. Once complete, our designers will contact you to arrange an appointment time. Once submitted, our team will confirm your appointment and provide further instructions. You will also find the details of your appointment within the My Appointments page in your account.
